Abstract

Vertebral artery loop pattern is a rare anatomical abnormality that may result in bone erosion, pressure on the intervertebral foramen, neurovascular compression or vertebrobasilar insufficiency. The authors report an unusual case of a 52 years-old patient complaining of right cervicobrachialgia for three years caused by tortuous vertebral artery.
